Firm Re-Organization: Introducing Rosenberg, Freedman & Lee LLP

After 25 years as Rosenberg, Freedman & Goldstein LLP, we have undertaken a re-organization to help ensure our continuity. Laurance Lee, long with the firm, is joining Jason Rosenberg and Don Freedman as an equity partner under the new firm name, Rosenberg, Freedman & Lee, LLP. Howard Goldstein is establishing a new firm, Goldstein, Egloff, Wood & Ramos, LLP, to signal his concentration on family law.

RF&L will continue to concentrate on these practice areas: real estate and development; estate planning, elder and disability law; and trusts and estates.

The re-organization has been completely amicable. Actually, we will continue sharing our reception area and working together on behalf of clients with overlapping areas of need.
