Attorney Paula J. Morgan, who has been with the Firm since 1986, concentrates her practice in the areas of probate, trust and estate settlement and estate planning, with emphasis on entitlements for elders and persons with disabilities.

Attorney Morgan was named a “Super Lawyer” in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate and Elder Law in 2005 and 2006, as published in Boston Magazine.

Attorney Morgan is a frequent lecturer in continuing legal education programs, particularly on estate administration. She has served on the Estate Planning and Administration Curriculum Advisory Committee of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE).

Attorneys Morgan and colleague Susan Levin co-authored Medicaid: Strategies for Resource Planning originally published in 1995 by Little, Brown, Inc. as part of its ElderLaw Portfolio Series. Attorneys Morgan and Levin also co-authored the chapter, “Medicaid and Resource Planning,” in Estate Planning for the Aging and Incapacitated Client in Massachusetts, (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. 1998.

She is a graduate of Regis College and Western New England College School of Law where she was a Note and Comment Editor of the Law Review.
